Zachariah Jones, the son of missionary parents and brother to seven siblings, is a self-taught filmmaker. Born and raised for 20 years in a small surf town in Oaxaca, Mexico, has exposed him to a wealth of life, culture and language. Growing up in a unique environment has taught him how to see the world differently and has honed his skills in capturing the essence of what moves the heart.
Zacca has worked in the TV/Commercial industry as an IATSE union cameraman for the past 10 years for shows such as American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Masked Singer, etc. Filmmaking for him is a daily practice - shooting life all around him while constantly capturing moments that have feeling. This has taught Zacca to be very well rounded in all aspects of the craft.
